Pins and needles/Tingling in Feet

Hi All,

So I have been having a concerning symptom over the past 2 weeks. I have the sensation of pins and needles in my feet throughout the day. They never fall asleep and I never have any trouble walking--it is just annoying. Occasionally my hands tingle, but I have noticed it more with my feet. The first thing I think about is a brain tumor or some other type of tumor on my spine. I have also looked at type 2 diabetes or MS, but don't really have any of the other symptoms.

I am generally a pretty anxious person--in addition, my wife and I are expecting our first child--literally at any minute. So not sure if that is potentially playing a role. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Kind of struggling...

Have you seen a doctor for it? I've had tingling in my big toe that lasted for weeks and then went away...most likely it is smth benign.
