I have had a prickly feeling in my legs 3 different times over the  past 10 years with this present bout being the longest - over 3 years. I have been tested to death an no cause has ever been found. Recently I saw a new very reputable neurologist and she ran more blood tests than ever before. Apparently one or more came back abnormal and now I have to have three more tests because of it. It has something to do with serum protein in my blood. The assistant told me by phone that one thing they are looking for is multiple myeloma. I looked it up and almost lost my mind. What a thing to say. I don't know if I am going to mentally make it. My heart has been racing for a week.

My doctor checked me for rare cancers too with my random neurological symptoms.
Everything turned out fine. Don't you think that if this was really cancer that over 10 years something else would have shown up in all of the doctors tests and vists you've had? Think positive!

I had high calicium levels 4months ago and feared this not becuz of it's ittensity but becuz it has no cure at all, period. The thought of it sent me in spirals

The calcium was normal today being in the 9's, so Im guessing it was drinking baking soda that caused it

Has tour diet changed recently?

Also have they tested you for the Mgog(i think it is) gene for smoldering mm?

IAMHEALTHY, please don't take offence, but I can't hear about one more test that I should have. I am losing it as it is.

Just thought you may want a quick answer that could bring major relief, but I guess they already have or will. Sorry. Hope everything turns out fine and you can live again
