Relaxing YouTube videos

Has anybody ever heard of ASMR videos before?

I came across them while I was looking for some relaxing videos last year and I just found them instantly calming.

GentleWhispering is my favourite ASMR youtuber, she helped me sleep during such a difficult time

I've never heard of them, but I'll check it out.  What do the letters stand for?

They are good. Worth mentioning, as they are not considered accepted therapy videos they are written up as Role Play. Don't let that put you off. I listen to the healing ones. They really calm you down. Don;t jump when you see role play written up. Is based around every day sounds that relax us. Whole idea is to make you feel a tingle in your body. Are sounds of cooking. Sounds of scratching. Various sounds with a relaxing voice that is nice and low.
