Back to the er after all these months
« on: May 11, 2014, 08:20:02 PM »
Had a seriously bad fainting spell this after noon. Literaly on the floor for about 15 minutes. Er does cc and ekg and urine and of course all is good. Now I'm just freaked out. How much can a cc really tell you? How much does a urine test really tell you? I'm just scared that don't do enough to find the cause of these symptoms. Someone please help me get my thoughts straightened back out!

Anxiety can do just about anything to you. Take some comfort that you got an all-clear from the ER tests -- they know what they're doing. I'm trying more meditation to relax (lots of good apps) and reading more: Freedom from OCD by Grayson (chapter on HA), Stop Being Your Symptoms and Start Being Yourself, The Worry Cure, etc.
