Hey Harley, welcometothe site. We are all dealingwith panic and anxiety of some sort. You have to ee a good doctor (therapist) and get one meds. Also, talk about what might be bringing these feelings out with a therapist is also a help. It takes courage and patience, but you will be OK. But again, patience and courage, meds and talk therapy. Also, go onto the chat room here. Lots of supportive people who'll give you tips of what's helped them and encouragement when you're having a bad day.
