Lightheaded laying down
« on: May 08, 2014, 12:54:36 AM »
Anyone here get headaches/lightheaded/dizziness from laying down facing up? Not sure if it's sinus or BP/ear related. Also as the day progresses I get more fatigued and symptoms are worse. Can't figure this out but I'm slowly going under. Night

If I have any sinus or ear congestion, I get vertigo when I lay down on my back. My left ear is the worse so I can lay on my right side with no problems.  Are you congested?  The headaches could be from the congestion, too.

My nose is constantly plugged up in one hole most of the time or another. I feel face/head pressure too when laying down. Feels like liquid moving around.
