I'm just wondering what could be causing my missed period. It's 10 days late as of today. I exercise regularly, eat a really healthy diet. I did have a very stressful week earlier this month with very bad anxiety and I'm wondering if maybe that caused me to miss it? It's impossible for me to be pregnant so I want to know what's going on - this is not the first time this has happened. Could it be that I'm just irregular?? and why?? Ladies??
