Help chronic anxiety!!!
« on: May 06, 2014, 06:58:35 PM »
My anxiety is chronic, constant all the time, I'm anxious about doing everything in life. Has anybody felt this and come out on the otherside of this everyday is a struggle for me. I can't imagine living the rest of my life like this. I'm talking about internal shaking and feeling off balance. I have improved since last year but everyday is still real hard.

I would say that if you have improved since last year you can improve some more. Just have to take it slowly. People have come out the other side. Learned to live a life. That is what it can be all about. Learning to live all over again. Look on you tube. Some great videos to help you calm down. They instruct you on what you should be doing. You can learn a lot from them.

The uneven feeling is the worst of my anxiety systems.  Its been going on for about 2 years, I'm trying to learn to accept it as just anxiety.  My PA's have gone down do to not trying to worry about the off balance spells.  We're trying to unlearn all of our anxiety causing thinking which can take time.  You said you've improved, anxiety suffers tend to be pessimist (I know I am) so we focus on our defeats more than our victories.
