Anyone here had ashtma?
« on: May 04, 2014, 04:12:40 AM »
Hi there. My ashtma is really bothering me right now, the coughing, wheezing and difficulty breathing! I had ashtma ever since i was a kid, i was even hospitalized because of my ashtma. And until my high school days and early college days my ashtma seems to be improving and absent. But right now my asthma came back! I know that ashtma cannot be cured but it can be managed.

Do you think my asthma was triggered by my emotional stress and anxiety? Anyone of you had asthma that your ashtma has worsened by your anxiety?

I am taking salbutamol ventolin and ventolin nebule.

Kept thinking that what i am having right now is not even my asthma! God my mind is playing tricks on me again!
