just wanna let off some steam

my anxiety has been way way better than since i had the major breakdown from it, but theres still some days i wish i stayed in. Sunny saturday..i go out..and im the kind of person who respects everyone and minds my own business..i get involved in a small collision and get someone trying to pick a fight with me on the street...both ocassions not my fault or started by me. My heart races..i start to hyperventilate and huge adrenaline rush just cause i have to confront people i dont wish to. Now everythings solved..its 5am and i cant sleep..i dont feel huge anxiety..but i still feel as though small things help set it off hugely..thanks for reading.
