How can I stop freaking out about this?

I often try to take a little nap sometime before I eat, and when I can't get that nap, Cause schedules change, I get so anxious. I realize in a way, I take a nap, to ease my anxiety, it seems to relax me on most occasions, but when I can't get that nap, I feel scared.

I'm not sure what to do, I know this isn't good.

I'm just this way when my anxiety gets bad, it's been so up and down these days.

you need to relax, anxiety has a way of fixating on the littlest things. I know from personal experience. this thing about the nap wont be a big deal in the long run its just what bothering you at the moment. there's nothing wrong with doing it just know if you cant take the nap that nothing is going to change in your life. in a few days this probably wont bother you anymore and you will realize how dumb and irrelevant this whole thing is.

Thanks for the response, change is hard, even little ones when anxiety is high, it's just this feeling of dread I've got right now, and would love for it to pass.

It will pass just get out and do things its the best way to avoid anxiety
