The exercises seem deceptively simple, so I worry that some may shrug it off and think 'nah, won't work for me, I'm too far gone'. But I urge us all to at least try. It will be hard and require a lot of self-discipline, but it's worth it to try. I think it's better to change the way we think than to go on anti-depressants, if we can avoid it (you may need both - no judgement here, I may go on them eventually). Anyone who gives it a try, keep us updated with your progress. :)
