very strange neuro symptom!
« on: April 30, 2014, 05:20:59 AM »
Hi all,

I'm spiralling into an anxious hole right now and was wondering if anyone has had this weird symptom before...

Basically, it feels as though there is a hair on my nose, but there isn't. Sometimes it feels like it's on my lip and forehead as well. This happened a few days ago and went away. Then it reoccurred yesterday and has been there today as well.

It's kind of like a tingling/numb feeling. Really strange. Almost feels like I need to scratch it. I keep brushing it thinking there is a hair there to remove!

I'm super worried about all sinister neuro possibilities and of course have got myself all worked up!

Please help!! Any ideas?? Should I go to the doc???

I get itchy and stuff if I'm unusually anxious, stressed or tired.  If you're distracted and doing something else, do you still feel this?

Hey mollyfin - I was just in the middle of replying to your lymphoma thread! I'll post reply in a sec...

Yeah I notice it when I'm doing things. Maybe today I have been focusing on it more, but when it first came up and yesterday I was distracted.

It's so strange... I'm kind freaking...
