Hi, I am dealing with a couple symptoms that are really hard to ignore. I always feel like I have pressure in my head. My head does not heart but it is very uncomfortable. It is extra hard to focus. My breathing is all over the place. I will be laying down and my breath will start acting up. I feel that I have to keep taking deep breaths. If I get up and focus my mind on other things it will get better. I am always tired and weak. Can anyone give me some advice on how to control my breathing and has anyone else experienced this?
I have 3 boys, ages 6,2, and 1month old. My wife and I both work so life is very busy and stressful. Anxiety has been very much a part of my life for the past year.
