Nice article, thank you. Towards the end he presents a specific exercise for which there are variations in yoga.

There is little doubt that if we take the time to exercise one way or another we can overcome a great deal. Yoga, tai chi, qigong, daily meditation can be very effective. Even mindful walking can work wonders.
