LIGHTHEADED / VISION SEEMS FAKE? In a dream.
« on: April 27, 2014, 08:40:14 AM »
I feel like im in a dream. I am so lightheaded its sickening. I dont feel like myself. Even talking with family, when I wake up from bed I feel like im not even talking or something. I feel afraid. Its been like 3 days with it. There is no eye twitch in left eye anymore, that dissapeared when I fell asleep last night. But there is a constant state of weirdness and lightheadedness. Its very hard to explain the feeling.  I feel like no one understands the "expaining of the lightheaded feeling". do you ever feel that way as well?

You may be experiencing derealization. I felt exactly like you feel before. It sucks. But the thing that helped me was not to focus on it so much. Go about your day. The thing w derealization is it's not harmful or dangerous so by saying " ok I feel weird and that's fine" just try to go about your day as normal as possible. Feel better.

Sometimes, when I'm home alone, I fill my bathtub with tomato sauce and pretend I'm a meatball.

What's going on Tater all is terrible. Hope all is well for you.

Wondering if quitting smoking a month and half ago but having one or two every three weeks like 8 total is giving me some of this feeling too. Does anyone feel scared or panic with this feeling? It's all day long lightheadedness.

Mine lasted a while... I've experienced anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks! I read this book once when I was going through this and it helped so much, I bought it on the kindle app and read it on my phone lol. It's called at last a life, i can't remember the author but I highly recommend it. Hope u feel a lil better :)
