You tube has loads that you can put on and relax to. Plus there ASMR. Little bit odd if you never heard of it before. Not classed as a therapy as of yet. Is written up as role play. Very relaxing. As for meditation itself? It can work good for some. Like everything else. As it can be a quiet time the mind can explore a little bit. With some people it may explore their own fears. Which doesn't help them. A guided meditation is the best sort. Head to toe sort of thing. Less time for the mind to think. If you are going to look at ASMR put healing after it. Based around whispering. Certain sounds that can relax us. Hope you find something good.
