Chest pain

Hey guys, just getting over a head cold.. on antibotics now for a throat infection. About an hour ago i started getting pains on the left side.. closer to my armpit it feels.. kinda hurts to touch.. any ideas.. dont wanna go in a full panic attack over this.

Well for what it's worth, chest pain that is tender to the touch is very unlikely to be heart related. As are pains that last as long as yours have. Given that you are getting over an illness, I'd say that muscle pain of some description is the most likely of causes - general weakness and muscular pain are very common with infections. Did you have any stomach issues whilst you were ill, or while on antibiotics, because trapped wind could certainly be an option. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about :)

Most likely muscular, GI or related to your infection.

So the chest pains are back more in the middle now and hurts to touch.. also a bit of back pain.. Also having stomach cramps since lastnight blahh :/

Still feeling the chest pain.. and back pain.. It would be worse if heart related wouldnt it?? Would back pain generate to the front?
