We all have to shake our heads and laugh at ourselves sometimes. Hypos have some pretty irrational fears and worries. The fact that you recognize this is irrational thinking is a good start, now change it! You've got to keep your thought processes on the straight and narrow, because if you're worried about feeling normal, who knows where your mind will drift when you get some real symptoms again.
