Curious to know the feelings you're having. I've also had a battery of tests run...including CT scan and have, as of the last week or so, been experiencing odd feelings on the left side of my head.  It's like a cold dull pain on the left side....and sometimes I get a burning/tingling sensation on the back left bottom portion of my head. Feels like these symptoms come and go with every breath I take. I researched pics of rhe brain and there is a fissure that runs down the middle of rhe left side of your brain that becomes activated when the brain is 'anticipating pain.' Perhaps this is what's happening?

I also get it on the top left of the head its like a dull ache that comes and goes, mine also runs to the temple on the same side and feels like its tightening. Its bizzare and cant really understand what it is.

Not a tumor, I promise. If you had a tumor large enough to incite headaches, you would be experiencing other symptoms in severe fashion, and the headache would be the worst of your life.
