I have muscle twitching every day now, started 2 months into my totally insane bout of hypochondria. I know it's stress related. I get the twitches everywhere. Thighs, calves, outer foot, upper arm, even an occasional weird one in the abdomen. The thing to remember is, even when you don't think your anxious, your body still is. So if you're having twitches you're probably going to keep having them even for a while after your conscious anxiety has subsided. Just don't let them scare you. And also, the more you worry about the twitches, the worse they get! Trust me!
