Have Pneumonia am terrified

So I went to the ER yesterday because I was coughing up chunks of blood and had trouble breathing. They did blood work and a chest X Ray and found I have Pneumonia on my lower left lobe. They gave me anti biotics and sent me home but im really freaking out I heard pneumonia is very dangerous and coughing up chuncks of blood puts me in panic mode help please im a male 30 years old with type 2 diabetes

If you were coughing up frank blood, they wouldn't have sent you home.  What you're seeing is probably rust-colored sputum which, although it looks scary, is very common with pneumonia.  Lots of fluids, lots of rest, take your meds, keep an eye on your blood sugar and you'll be feeling better soon.
