Hypo get yourself an emergency appointment at your GP or get to the ER asap. Tell them you have had thoughts of *****. They will be able to refer to and give you medicine, help you get into therapy sooner than you need.
There are other things you must be doing in the meantime:
1.) Make sure you're not googling. Your feelings of anxiety will intensify if you are.
2.) Practise proper breathing. In four seconds, out eight seconds. If that's too hard at first, try four and then six, but the exhale must be longer than the inhale.
3.) Find the number of a ***** line for your country/area. Keep the number with you in case the thoughts come back and dial it the second you feel you can't cope. Tell them what's happening and they can give you advice.
