How many people use Budpar and find it works for them? The doctor gave me a prescription a month ago and I haven't started it yet.

I 've been taking buspar for about 5 weeks. I started at 7.5 mg, and now am at 30 mg a day (15 in am and 15 in pm).
I do think it helps, along with the various therapies I do.  But I'd say it is subtle for me.  When prozac kicked in it was more dramatic.

What I notice since being on buspar, anxiety is not the urgent priority it once was.  I'm better at managing the day to day anxiety.
Good luck.
