Depends...if you really feel it's necessary. If you have done a multitude of tests and doctors have told you that you are fine, then try to talk yourself out of it. If you really want to go to put your mind at ease then do so, but just remember Dr/emergency bills add up! I KNOW!!!!! IF this happens to be anxiety then you need to find the root cause and try to help yourself. First and foremost though, take care of yourself and determine if this is an emergency.

Well when I saw my Dr a couple of days ago, she said its a mix between my asthma and anxiety. But the irritating scratch feeling in my lungs is really bothersome. Maybe it is my allergies who knows. And my heart rate is high because I keep using my damn inhaler ...uuigghhh maybe I'll go to the ER just to be safe

Well I broke and went to the ER. All vitals were fine. They did an ekg and a chest/lung xray. All is absolutely normal. Doc said its a mixture of anxiety/asthma/allergies. And to def throw out the smokes! I think tomorrow I'm just going to go cold turkey

Good luck!  Quitting is hard, but it's the best thing you can do for yourself, especially with health anxiety.
