Hand/Arm pain
« on: April 17, 2014, 10:46:01 PM »
So I was rocking my 1 year old to sleep and all of the sudden I got this sharp pain in my left hand like around knuckles. It is radiating up my arm to my shoulder and I am freaking out, and of course I'm afraid it has to do with a heart attack!

Like a shooting pain? It could be nerve related, as in a possible pinched nerve in your neck. I've had a pinched nerve in my neck for about 3 months now and I sometimes get pain like that after exercising.

Any update? Hope everything's alright.

It finally went away, I put a heating pad on my shoulders. I guess it was a nerve or something, wish I wouldn't worry about every little pain!
