Find a way

I have not slept well in a few nights due to anxiety and panic which had me up using Google alot. Last night I put on some relaxing music and it helped me relax enough that I was able to fall right to sleep it really made my mind stay calm and not even think about anxiety or Google or anything. I wanted to share this thinking maybe it would help someone else since it helped me.
