MRI test 3t with contrast
« on: April 17, 2014, 12:19:14 AM »
Does anyone know if MRI's are bad for your brain this will be my third MRI in 3 years, do MRIS destroy or kill brain cells or cause them to be ineffective? I mean I know there is no radiation but does the strong magnetic pull cause any damage that they are not telling us?

No it is fine to have them done i have had 4 of them in a years time and they have never had an affect on me. If they were going to harm you from having them often they wouldn't let you keep getting them so u will be fine good luck hope all goes well

They're totally fine.  No effects at all.  I hope your brain scan shows nothing ;)
