Is this normal..?
« on: April 16, 2014, 11:34:41 PM »
I'm just wondering but i'v been having regular periods since november of last year and is it normal to miss maybe 1 or 2 months i'v been getting periods since i was 10 but havent been regular since november but idk if i'll get mine this month.( honestly is doesnt seem like I am)

I am not sexually active.

I did exercise (first time is a very long time) but I stopped, I did push my self to do it sorta extreme too lol.

I have been eating less, i'm probably underweight idk i'm somewhere between 91-94 I think. i'm 5'3 or 5'4

& I have been stressed a little.

Could all of those cause me to miss my period? i'm only 15 btw.

The only period symptoms that I was getting was watery discharge and aching on my vagina, where the pubic hair is.

If you're really 94 pounds and 5'3, you're pretty underweight, and that can affect your periods.  If you're dieting intentionally, see a doctor to discuss your health before you continue.  If you're not eating because of anxiety, I feel your pain, but eat nutrient and calorie dense foods if you can only eat small amounts.  If your body isn't running well, you'll feel off, get anxiety about it, the anxiety will make you feel worse, and it just keeps going.  If you need help dealing with anxiety there's no shame in seeing a counselor, psychologist or psychiatrist.
