What if resources were unlimited?

What if a person had a LearJet on standby and $100,000 cash.  Who is the best anxiety disorder treatment specialist in the United States?

I am sure you would get many answers to this question. Depending on who you ask. Various people might have gotten help from certain doctors and thought they were amazing. Others from other doctors. There is no one answer. Find one that best suits you and he will be the best out there in your opinion. Once his methods work.

If I had 100,000 in cash I would take a couple months off work to rest and continue seeing my current psychiatrist. I'd catch up on sleep, exercise, work on CBT and take the time to find a new position that I felt would be more conducive to my mental health on the long term

I would also take time off and keep doing what I'm doing: seeing a pdoc and therapist, exercising, eating right, garden, spend time with family, etc.  Not having to go to work everyday would be a huge stress relief on its own.

I don't think there is a doctor out there who can "cure" our problems.  I really like the doctors I have now; they may not be the "best in the world", but they have helped me along the way and continue to do so.  At some point, we really need to work hard on ourselves to feel better, and not put that responsibility on a doctor...  even the best one in the world!
