The tests she ran on you wouldn't neccesarily rule out appendicitis, I wouldn't think. I mean not to alarm you, but I'd keep a close eye on that.
I don't think it would correlate with getting your implant removed. however, inflammation of it, as appendicitis would be, could be bad if it were to rupture. Not freaking you out, but you need to know the truth. From what I pulled up from an old school book, it is pretty common in about 5-6% of the population. The pain is more generalized, but near the naval and lower, but it's not exactly pinpointed. I think the appendix is near the right lower side of the body, but the pain would be jumping around.
If pain does get worse then you need to take the nurses advice and see them again. If you can get a ride, save yourself the medical transport bill. Not trying to break your bank but do what you feel is best.
A ruptured appendix isn't something you want to deal with, although it usually happens at a younger age, from what I have witnessed in my local community.
I wouldn't stress out over it. you've got some time to relax then relax. See the doctor tomorrow and mention that stuff then. I suggest just taking it easy today. It's a sunday... hell. rent some movies or lay out on the lawn. If you think that something hurts, more than likely you're going to feel it hurting regardless. best wishes.
