I've had a decently bad anxiety day today, but just a few minutes ago I started having shooting pains in my left temple. Goes away for a bit then comes back. I'm also hearing a thump in my left ear. Like my heartbeat. I'm worried I'm having brain bleeding or an aneurysm. Someone help

Sounds just like a tension headache. Pulsating tinnitus can result from these, which is the heartbeat noise that you're hearing. Anxiety is a known culprit of tension headaches. Are you doing anything to actively treat your anxiety? Are you seeing anyone about it? If not, I highly recommend you do so. It's not healthy to catastrophize every little thing that goes on with your body, and the sooner you start chipping away at the root of your worriers, the sooner you'll be able to live a more comfortable life.
