It could just be your average headache. Try some rest. If it doesn't go away and you're particularly worried, maybe try Urgent Care or your normal doctor when they reopen on Monday. Google is not a doctor, and you should not Google anyways.

Mild shooting pains do not warrant emergency care.

My husband gets those sharp shooting pains in his temple (is that where it is?) He calls it neuralgia - just pain in some nerves.  Could even be TMJ.  He gets it so bad he'll wince.  Sometimes it lasts a few hours, sometimes a few days.

Yesterday I got the pain like 4-5 times just randomly, it isn't a constant thing. I had it once already this morning, it's not at my temple it's my forehead in the top left :/ I thought it could be a nerve thing from working out but when I googled it I only had really scary answers

My nose is really runny today and my tmj is pretty bad on my left I wonder if either of these could be a factor. Now I'm starting to get a full blown headache in that spot. Just so worried about a BT with all the dizzy symptoms I've been having but I know deep down the dizziness stems from my ear issues and is elevated by my anxiety. Irrational brain is winning this fight today.

My rule of thumb is if you're asking if you need to go, then you don't.  You'll know if you have to go.

That could be for a majority of the time, even if you are clinically diagnosed for anxiety but not always the case. I've had several instances where something came up and I just kept asking my self and others do you think this is anxiety (was burning throat and thought it was acid reflux from anxiety) Turned out to be strep.

For the OP, if you arent allergic to any headache meds you can try those to see if it subsides. If not then it doesnt always hurt to try urgent care.

My doc always said if you are unsure if something is real or just anxiety, you do a process of elimination of what you know, known OTC treatments and have had tested or been told.
