lumpy chest
« on: April 10, 2014, 08:21:45 PM »
Hello its been a while since I posted. I've noticed at the top of my chest and around the sides it feels lumpy the doctor told me it was just the way tissue feels but I can't shake the thought of male breast cancer. I feel lumpy parts on my legs and arms too, am I just over reacting?

Sounds like it. Your doctor knows what normal tissue feels like. Muscle, fat, etc. - it all feels kind of funky. Males have lumpy breast tissue just like females do.

Its just breast cancer is so prevelent it can be hard to rationalize. I used to be in really good shape and never felt it before but now since the anxiety started if lost some muscle and I guess that could be it.

Yep. It's probably fat.

Breast cancer is not very common in men at all.

Are you doing anything to treat your anxiety at the moment?

If not, I would highly suggest. No reason to stare down your throat with a light every day if you can resist it.  :winking0008:
