Resting heart rate when it's warmer out
« on: April 09, 2014, 04:46:08 PM »
So my resting heart rate is normally 60-65 but it's been warmer and now my resting heart rate is 75-80...does that make sense?

I have blood clot fears so anytime my resting heart rate raises freaks me out!

It is to do with the heat your body sweats when your warm which means it's working harder also it's harder to keep fully hydrated when it is so hot which also increases your heart rate. Keep drinking fluids but don't worry it is normal hey my hr on a good day is in the 80s lol don't worry
