ATTENTION: Foot Twitchers/Buzzers
« on: April 09, 2014, 04:17:48 PM »
Could you explain what your twitches or buzzes are like? I'm trying to determine if mine are the normal kind or the sinister. Sometimes it's like a vibration that lasts a second. Other times it's a vibration/twitch and then a half second pause and then another second where it does it again.

Hi mine was like a phone on vibrate. Sometimes it was in my big toe other times in a small part of my foot. It would last for a hole day and go like this buzzz pause buzzz pause buzzzz pause my doctor said it was to do with some of the equipment I used at gym it messes with the nerves in the foot.

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.  - AnxietyZone member Sixpack

Mine is very odd. I'm trying to identify what it is exactly... It's like a twitch and a buzz in one. It's difficult to describe. In worried because I've never seen it happen. Every time I fold my leg up so I can watch the bottom of my foot to see if it's a twitch, it never happens! It's like it doesn't want me to see it! That's why I'm afraid though because I haven't seen in it happen, and with ALS twitches you can't seem them happen. Guess I'll have to get lucky and hope it happens where my foot is on a position where I can watch. Mines like a vibration/buzz with a twitch in the middle I guess you could say. Best way I can put it.
