Overly worried :/
« on: April 08, 2014, 11:28:02 PM »
I am literally so worried that my period is not going to come! I am NOT sexually active (please dont judge me, it's a lil dumb I know) but i'v been having regular periods for about 5 months heavy and everything.

idk why it wont come well probably because I exercised but I stopped, I sorta eat less etc

i've been having back pain, cramping, breast pain, headaches, and irritability.

Probably not the right person to answer this one. But I do have female friends. Some have been late by months. It worried them too. But then the period came and they were back to themselves. So it can be late by a long stretch of time in some cases. If you are worried you could either talk to a family member, the doctor or even the local chemist. I am sure they will explain it all to you. That people can be late. Some by days. Others by weeks. It might put your mind at ease to talk to a medical expert. Of which I am not.

When your younger your periods can be irregular. I wouldn't worry about it at all
