Help?! Can you relate?
« on: April 08, 2014, 03:12:11 PM »
Hey guys.. not been her in a while. My anxiety is getting better as the time goes by. And for that i'm grateful.

However...

For as long as i can remember, i get random "good moods". Now it seems like a good thing, but now im starting to worry if i'm slightly bi-polar? Generally, im in a good mood most days. I'm not one to get upset, down about most things. But i get these random bursts of good moods. Usually after seeing something i like, or realising life isn't that bad. These only last a few minutes, then im back to myself. Not depressed, just normal. I don't go UP and DOWN in moods i kinda go UP and then normal....

Are these moods normal? I cant call them mood swings as such. They don't really affect my day-to-day life in anyway. I just get a random BUZZ of good feeling, of positivity. And then it goes back to normal.... hahaha.

I'm not scared of this, i don't think it's wise to worry myself over it. Just wondering if you guys could relate? Is this normal?

This happens to me multiple times a day sometimes.   Except that I tend to go from being up to being way down.
