Does anyone else have weaker toes on one side?
« on: April 08, 2014, 09:40:42 AM »
Does anyone else have weaker toes when you test them on their non dominant side? When I flex mine up and resist with my hand, my non dominant side pinky toe is weaker by a margin. ShawnW said this was normal and I believe him, just wondering if anyone else experienced this

I'm not sure what you mean or am I just really weird?  I can't flex my toes up, only down.   If I try, they all go to the SIDE (except the big toe)!   Or do you mean PUSH them up with your hand??

You can't flex them up? Hm. What I mean is, I'm pushing down on my toes while they're straight and flexing them do they don't bend down, this is testing the strength. But it seems like my opposite foot pinky toe is weaker than my dominant side.

I just tried this so I could answer honestly. Mine are different strength. I don't think you have anything to worry about from this at all...
