This happens to me all the time. I get migraines and this sounds like that or a tension headache. Have you ever been evaluated for either before? A few good tests to do at home to determine stroke or serious neuro issues - close your eyes and hold out your arms in front of you, if they're balanced when you open your eyes that's a good sign nothing major is wrong, check if your smile is even, your pupils are even and reactive to light, move all fingers and toes, and have someone else listen to your speech for slurring. All things I have learned to help cope with symptoms and anxiety.

Sound like tension headache to me.....try putting a cool wet cloth on the back of your neck for a while.  I find this sometimes helps me.  the tension in the neck can certainly cause a headache!  Hope you feel better soon!

Yes. That test she mentioned above is a neurological exam and my dr have me one twice cause I've been feeling off balance and having head pressure and heavy head and she said my balance was a good thing. She is sending me to an ent cause it could be a nasty sinus infection. But of course I'm thinking it is a bad disease.

If you're anxious it's often the anxiety. Excess stress causes annoying symptoms, often cranial. I remember three months ago, before the headaches, I'd have awful neck pains at the same time each day that would only leave when I lied down. I miss those pains honestly; I'd take them over tension headaches any day.
