So ever since my fear switched to MS I've had all kinds of tingling and cold feet and the works. Now it's shifted to almost a tickle-like feeling somewhere in my leg I can't pinpoint the source. I may have punched a nerve in the weight room yesterday in my glutes or something. We did squats and power cleans.

I always feel like I need to keep my leg moving or the tickling continues! As I type this I think in finding the source, lower back left side or my upper glute. Anybody? Maybe this could be causing the foot and or calf spasms I've had from time to time recently? I'm an athlete who's been weightlifting lately so pinched nerve is possible!

Yours is ticklish feeling sometimes? Have you ever had twitches or spasms/buzzing? Due to this?

I have almost like numb but not.  muscle spasm, jerks.  weak feeling, buzzy at times, tight grip like, like a deep ache tickle.   I'm told it is compressed nerves of the discs.

Your problem is most likely anxiety related and not pinched nerve, but anyway, nothing serious.

But what about the strange foot spasms I get probably 10-20 times a day? I know anxiety can cause twitching, but spasms?

Try looking up piriformis syndrome, that's what I'm dealing with now. It's your piriformis muscle in your bum gets stressed and squeeze's your nerve. If you look on the Internet there is stretches you can do for it, which will relieve some of the symptoms. :-)

I second this. Sounds just like it. Try locating your puriformis muscle in your bum (both sides) and gently lie on a tennis ball (at the piriformis) to relieve the pressure points there.
