Hey guys, it has been a while since I've posted. I come back here with worries about my heart rate. I have been doing cardio and weights since January about 6 times a week and overall I seem to be fine. The worry I am having is that my resting heart rate is between 47-55. Is that normal? My bp is always 120/70-75. I had a holter monitor done in December with EKG, blood work and chest X-ray- all normal. Should I worry about this heart rate or is it normal? Every website I look seems to say this is too low. Any help or insight would be appreciated.
