Hyper aware of how I feel.

This is kind of hard to describe but I'm hoping someone else can relate or explain to me why this happens. I always feel like I very aware of how I feel like for instance "am I feeling dizzy?" "Where did this little pain come from" and so on. It's almost like I focus on it so much and ANTICIPATE it happen that I actually trick myself into feeling that way

I do it too. It's sickening. I am actually making my ownself sick of this. It's like I am so very hyper-
sensitive to my body and I end up have tons of symptoms. It's like I want to stop but my mind reverts back to my body each time and I wind up feeling something else!

I'm this way too! I constantly monitor my own moods & feelings to ensure they appropriate reactions (which they always are). It can be exhausting and I only do it when I'm alone & not busy. Like most other anxiety symptoms, I've found that's it most helpful to get busy to distract your mind from these thoughts. I often lose myself in a good book or watch a funny, uplifting TV show. With anxiety I've adopted the motto "busiest is best" and it's really helped!
