Help needed
« on: March 30, 2014, 06:06:04 PM »
I have started exercising to help with anxiety. The last few weeks after a workout, I feel a electric shock feeling above one of my knees, it only happens briefly after my workout. Could this be MS?

It's caused by exercise for sure. You are pinching some nerve during exercise most likely. Warm up good before each training.
