Is it possible for your body to create symptoms after reading about them?

Yup, I've done that many times. It's like if you watch a documentary on bugs and talk about bugs, and suddenly you start to feel creepy crawly. That's just a small example of somatic anxiety. But you could basically do that with any symptom. For instance someone is talking about itching, and your subconscious process's it and you think about it (even without knowing it) and you start to itch.

It's a day 4, and I still feel stiffness in my right calf. It's like I have been working it out, and I can feel it when I walk.

Has anyone felt something similar, and can it be caused by anxiety?

I had that stiff feeling in my left leg. Lasted awhile but didn't notice it unless I was focusing on it. Mostly in lower thigh upper calf area. Nothing to worry about. It's funny, this whole time you've ASSURED me I didn't have MS and now you're worried about it!!! We're fine.

I've been playing basketball today for 1.5h and after only right calf which I feel is stiff is sore, the othet one is not. Only rational thing I could come up with is that it is very tense cause of my anxiety so it got tired easier. Can'tsee how could I even play basketball if it was MS. Any thoughts?

If it was MS and since you would be having a flare up if you were experiencig symptoms, no, you couldn't play basketball.

This type presents with the more MAJOR symptoms. Difficulty just walking... You played basketball. Difficulty speaking? Nope. Major visual impairment (severe optic neuritis). This type of MS is easier to rule out. You don't have PPMS I guarantee you that. And I'd wager all my savings you don't have the typical type of MS either.
