Heart rate
« on: March 27, 2014, 06:39:01 PM »
Does anyone feel like their heart rate is constantly high?  My resting is in the 60s but it rarely ever gets there. I just had tennis practice and then came home and laid down, normally my heart rate would recover quickly, but with ha it stays in like the 80s

Please don't freak out! I'm one of those people whose resting HR is in the 70's but my 'Daily' HR (when I'm awake and just sitting watching things, being all relaxed) is usually in the 80's. I'm 19 years old and the doctors have never found anything to really worry about with my heart despite it being fast all the time.

A heart rate of in the 80's is not anything to be concerned about.
