I have had the strangest stomach discomfort for a few days now that is really scaring me.  It isn't exactly pain, and it's hard to describe.  It feels sort of like it's raw and irritated or something, and after I eat it's slightly more uncomfortable.  It's not really relieved by going to the bathroom or anything, although I do find it has subsided when I wake up in the morning, seems to get worse throughout the day.  I am terrified it's stomach cancer, one of my biggest fears, but wonder if anyone has explanations that could be more benign, or things I could do to feel better.

I was JUST at the doctor for pain in my side on Monday, so am reluctant to go in again immediately.

Hey jenin I had the same issues as you do about a year ago I kept going to my gp and got no satisfaction. I then went to a gi specialist got a colonoscopy and an endoscopy both revealed nothing. The dr. Attributed it to irritable bowel. Recommended a probiotic and more fiber which I did an as it turned out helped immensely. Your anxiety over this isn't helping your stomach acids either. It doesn't sound like stomach cancer to me. I know what your feeling and its not fun. Also try omeprazole for your acid it may be gerd. Take car

I did so much research in 2002 and 2005 when I was having stomach issues, and what you are describing is NOT stomach cancer.  Don't even worry about THAT.

I have been having this issue as well. Right now it is also food seems to go through me rather quickly as well.
I figure that with me it is my age and the fact that estrogen is declining --or so I have read.
I just had the first colonoscopy of my life and things seem to be fine.

I am scared of this as well.

I had an ultrasound everything appeared ok.  However stomach problems are getting worse.

Feeling full
Bloated
Gaseous
Churning Stomach
Constant dierrhea

I am so scared and getting incredibly upset with it all :(

The doc doesnt really seem overly bothered and so scared this is something serious that is not getting picked up by anyone :(
