You're more prone to it if you're overweight and have a large neck (which I do) but any body type can get it. Daytime fatigue, waking up in the middle of night, morning headaches are a couple symptoms. Snoring is a symptom too but if you snore it doesn't always mean you have it. During the sleep study I had 22 apneas (stopped breathing) per hour. With my anxiety it took me over a year to get tested, and I really wished I did it earlier.
