I have had wrist pain in the past which I think is a precursor to carpel tunnel.
I just ordered a new Ergonomic keyboard for work to help with the wrist pain, and the moment I got the keyboard out of the package my wrist started hurting more and I had to put my wrist brace on. I don't know whether this means that I should go back to my old keyboard or that I just need some time to get used to the new design, but it's irritating.
Anyways I was going to see if anyone had any advice on this matter since CT is no fun. I want to know what I can do now to make sure I don't get it but I work with computers so not straining my wrist is difficult. I'm irritated that the fancy keyboard meant to eliminate this problem seams to be making it worse.
