I don't notice the weather having that much impact on my mood. Sometimes I think I do like a break when I can go outside and there's a nice breeze, not too cold, not too hot. but for the most part, it doesn't have the biggest effect on my mood. I actually like winter weather, but haven't enjoyed the season much this year due to depression and anxiety. but then again, last winter, I dealt with bad anxiety too, then by spring I felt better, then dipped back down in early summer, perked back up in late summer through fall.. I guess I just have break periods for whatever reason where I don't have as much anxiety, perhaps due to some issues being settled.. I wish I could catch another break soon.
